Sam graduated from William Paterson University in 2014 with his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science, graduated from East Stroudsburg University with a Master's in Exercise Science with a concentration in Strength & Conditioning in 2015. He received his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Dominican College of Blauvelt. Sam has always believed there is a significant gap between rehabilitation and performance. He wants to minimize the gap by providing evidence-based care that is specific and meaningful for his patients. He wants to change behaviors, change movement patterns to promote preventative, rehabilitative and performance care. Sam believes we are all athletes on different levels, and our game is LIFE. Sam enjoys spending time with his family, friends and his new puppy, Ruby. He is a big kid at heart and enjoys Marvel comics, watching movies, reading, researching the latest exercise techniques and exercising himself.
