This introductory class provides a great opportunity to try a new concept in Pilates.
Standing Pilates follows the same basic principles as traditional Pilates, but performed in standing positions.
We will work on balance, breathing, posture and weight bearing exercises to improve core strength and
create longer leaner muscles.
Please bring 1 or 2 lb. weights to class.

She is a certified yoga teacher and also has certifications in kids and prenatal yoga. Julie is excited to bring her upbeat vinyasa yoga style to The Studio!
She is ACE certified and also holds certifications in Senior Group Fitness, Pilates and Delay The Disease for people with Parkinson’s Disease.
